The sea view from our room was stunning and made our stay special.
The room had stained carpets and the pillows needed replacing.

Characterful Victorian architecture, Sea view rooms, Spacious communal lounge areas
The outdated decor gives an impression of neglect!!! Maintenance issues like peeling paint and inadequate signage could be addressed to enhance guest experience!!!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in Eastbourne with best value. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the staff were attentive to customer needs. Consider using the lift early to avoid busy times during coach checkouts.

We had an amazing weekend getaway with friends! The sea views were stunning, and we loved visiting the local pier and charming cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and the dining area was spacious, perfect for relaxing gatherings. Just a heads-up, some rooms might be a bit dated but they are kept clean.
We encountered a bit of trouble with slow service during meals, which was frustrating at times.

The hotel’s location directly on the seafront is a major highlight. I had uninterrupted sea views from my room, making mornings exceptionally bright. The dining area offered a lovely ambiance. Meals there were mostly pleasant, especially the breakfast – they served nice bacon. The staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. the furniture felt quite old and uncomfortable. The shower pressure needs improvement, as it was barely adequate. The balcony shared with others, although nice for a view, didn't offer much privacy. There were also noise issues from nearby entertainment, which disrupted the early nights I was hoping for. I had some problems with the housekeeping service being a bit slow to respond to requests. the hotel has potential but needs updates and better management.

Stunning Sea Views and Relaxing Atmosphere
I had a fantastic stay in a Twin Room with Sea View, where the breathtaking view of the seafront was the highlight. The spacious dining area made for a comfortable setting while enjoying a well-cooked breakfast. Although the room was a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean and served my needs perfectly. One area for improvement would be the shower, which could use a design update for better functionality.

Unfortunately, the function room was a bit stuffy, but overall, it didn’t take away from a great experience! 🌊
